To ensure the highest sanitary standards the event is inspected and certified by the Health Inspectorate within the Public Health Regulatory Division, ensuring that food produced, distributed and consumed by patrons meets the highest possible standards of food safety and hygiene. In order to reduce the incidence of any infringements participants are requested to follow these guidelines as governed by the Laws of Malta.
