TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.    Scope

 

1.1    Epic Communications Limited (“we / us / Epic”) is providing its customers an opportunity to participate in a raffle (the “Competition”). 
1.2    Epic is launching this Competition through a raffle at Malta International Food Festival, subject to these specific terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms and Conditions”).

2.    Definitions

 

2.1    Festival: means the Malta International Food Festival
2.2    Finalists: means the one Participant who has been randomly selected to participate in the Raffle.
2.3    Organiser: means NRGY, the entity responsible for the administration and fulfilment of the Competition
2.4    Participants: means Epic customers who have provided the required details and satisfied all applicable eligibility criteria for the Competition.
2.5    Prize: means the list of gifts which include Motorola Razr 60 Ultra and a list of vouchers outlined in this page. 
2.6    Winner: means one Finalist who answers the skill questions correctly.

3.    Competition Period
 

3.1     The Competition will commence from 05/08/2026 to 09/08/2026 upon the start of the Festival (the “Competition Period”). 
3.2    The closing time of the Competition is 09/08/2026 at 23:45 (the “Closing Time”). All entries received after the Closing Time will be invalid and shall not be considered.

4.    Eligibility

4.1    Participants must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
4.2    Participants must be subscribed to any Epic Mobile Plan until the Winner is announced.
4.3    Participants’ eligibility shall be verified to compete in the Competition.
4.4    Participants may enter the Competition more than once by visiting the Festival on different days. 
4.5    Entries which are incomplete, misspelt or featuring a number that is not of an Epic customer are void and will therefore not be considered for the purposes of this Competition.
4.6    Participation is free of charge.

5.    Competition

5.1    To enter the Competition, you must:
(i)    Be an active Epic Mobile customer at the time of entry and upon announcement of the Winner.
(ii)    Scan the QR code available at the Food Festival entrance, where you must fill out the details listed in the form;

First Name, Surname, Email, Mobile Number, Date of Birth, Locality.

6.    Selection of the Winner and Prize

6.1     The Organiser shall randomly draw one (1) Winner who will receive the Prize as defined in clause 2.
6.2    The Winner will be announced on Monday 10/08/2026 by the Organiser by means of a call. 
6.3    The randomly selected Finalist must answer a one (1) skill question at the time of the call and, if answered correctly, confirm acceptance of the Prize. 
6.4    If the Finalist cannot be contacted or does not answer the skill question correctly, the Prize will be forfeited and a new Participant will be drawn randomly using the same selection process and eligibility criteria.
6.5    The Prize awarded cannot be exchanged in return for cash or any other products and/or services.

7.    General

7.1    By entering this Competition, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Specific Terms and Conditions.
7.2    By accepting the Prize, the winner is accepting to participate in photos, recordings, videos and or/film session(s) which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
7.3    These Specific Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with (i) the General Promo Terms and Conditions, (ii) General Terms and Conditions , and any other applicable terms and conditions.
7.4    Personal data submitted in connection with the Competition (including, but not limited to, name and surname) will be collected and processed solely by the Organiser, for the purposes of administering the Competition, including verifying eligibility and awarding the Prize. 
7.5    We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Competition and these terms and conditions at any time.
7.6    Epic shall not be held liable, for any reason whatsoever, if the Competition is terminated, cancelled and/or postponed to another date. In this event we shall not affect any refunds and furthermore we shall not be obliged to offer an alternative.
7.7    By participating you agree to fully release and hold Facebook and/or Instagram harmless from any liability.
7.8    This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook and/or Instagram.
7.9    The Competition is administered solely by NRGY, the organiser of the Malta International Food Festival. NRGY shall be fully responsible for the administration of the Competition, including management of entries, verification of eligibility, selection of winners, and handling of the Prize.
